7 Minute Message!

I know life is hectic but surely you can spare 7 minutes? Time is so valuable, so precious and yet additional time can't be bought by even the richest. Do any of us know how much more time we have? Let's make sure we use it wisely. What else will you be doing in the next 7 minutes that could transform your life? Perhaps if you leave it for now and then come back it will be too late! There really is no time like the present.

Am I too bad to be saved?

You know you have done things in your life that are wrong.  Even others within the world would judge and condemn you if they ever found out quite how bad you had been.  How could God ever offer forgiveness for these things?  Are you convinced you are the worst offender?  The Apostle Paul would disagree, he argues you can never be too bad to be saved.

Am I too good to be saved?

You might think this a rather unnecessary question. You have no interest in being saved, surely God has no special purpose for you, you don't feel any sense of responsibility toward God and in fact you think God probably owes you a favour! Why do you believe this? Because you reckon you are really quite good enough already! Are you sure?

Hope for Hopelessness

Despair is a terrible disease. Who will give you sympathy or respite from it? Just shake it off they say, those who are struggling with their own problems. If only they knew how deep the pit is that you are in, how far you have sunk into its mud, perhaps they would lend you a hand. The failure, the guilt, the tears are very real, how could anyone understand? But will it ever end? You would try anything to escape this mire, listen to how hopeless David felt and to where he turned and found hope in the depths of his despair.
